More communication is my only complaint

Shawn Lattimore was outstanding! He felt like a good family friend and kept me on track with everything. If I was missing paperwork or needed further explanation, he went above and beyond to explain with patience and kindness. He provided outstanding customer service every step of the way and when I think of great customer service, I think of my friend Shawn. Not only that but she did so promptly, and never made me feel stupid for the questions I asked as a new homebuyer.
