It was an easy process everything was explained to me in detail and left no questions as to what I needed to do. Heather handled everything and all I had to do was sign in the end. I have been through this process before but this time was easy!!
We felt like overall it was a decent experience, but we would have liked a little less communication via email and text and more via phone or in person.
