Everything was great but for one unexpected setback.
Awesome and easy experience!
We started our loan process with USAA. They make our loan process so difficult it caused my family tons of stress. My broker asked if we wanted to change companies to VU and they made the process smooth and easy. Best decision during the process.
Kelly Foote and Deanna Baggett were always available whenever I had a question or concern. The company is great. I never got a messaging service and always got spoken to in a matter of minutes rather than being placed on hold for hours.
Words cannot describe how pleased I am wil the level of skill and professionalism that my husband and I experienced with VU during our entire loan process.
