I highly recommend Veterans United. This is my third home and my second time using my VA benefit. This was by far the most simple process of all the homes I have purchased and I felt the customer service was top notch. I plan to use Veterans United for any future purchase I make.
As a military family it is monumental to be able to take advantage of the $0 down option. It is also very important to have someone , like Karol Hart, who is in charge of your loan process and feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process.
As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about the whole process. Working with Veterans United was the easiest part of our experience. I would highly recommend Veterans United and our representative Heather Damer. Their whole team was attentive, patient, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan company to work with us in getting our first home.

Thanks to Karol and her crew this was the easiest home loan I have ever done. The VA loan with conventional lenders is like speaking Martian, In a short period of time we had the loan headed to closing. The only critizem would be the underwriters its like a black hole when it enters.
We got the home we wanted, at the interest rate we wanted, for the price we wanted. This whole process was a breeze compared to my friends and family who don’t have access to VU or the VA loan in general.
