As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. I was afraid to try for a home loan because of having been turned down by another mortgage lender and I saw Veteran Mortgage and decided to try them because my deceased husband was a veteran. They gave me a letter of approval and the rest is I got the house with their help my loan officer was so kind the whole team at United Veterans has been there for me I appreciate each of them very much.would recommend them to friends and family.
