The process from financial counseling through closing on the house was fantastic. Cameron Benedict helped get our financial affairs in order to qualify for the loan. Selina Culp and Mike Rahmoeller stayed in contact with us during the loan process to ensure all necessary documents were submitted for successful underwriting. Ashley Turner did wonderful research in getting utilities figured out for the new house.
From the beginning the realtor provided would never answer a call to the closing day paperwork was unfinished and delayed closing and never communicated to the client!
