I was with another loan company before and I didn't feel my mortgage was safe with them so I came back to Veterans United Home Loans and lowered my rate and payments. I will stay with them from now on out.
Veterans United made the whole process easy. Don and Rachel went well above and beyond. Kayla was awesome as well. She got the ball rolling and was super helpful. Rachel and Don were absolutely the best. If I had questions I got answers. They both kept me in the loop on where everything was and what the next steps would be. Hands down a perfect team.

As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. I even had a family emergency during this process that put things on pause. The first thing that Lance said to me was take care of family and we'll still be here. Throughout this process, I did not just feel like another number with Veterans United. Home buying can be stressful especially when you’re juggling regular life with a bunch of kids. Understanding the lending process let alone a VA Loan was a lot of work (for me).
