As a first time home buyer, I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout this process. Lance Hopper and his team went out of their way to make sure I knew what to expect through the process. There were lots of forms and requirements to meet but we were able to move up the closing date and they put out a good effort to get it done. My late wife always bought the homes, I just signed when I was told. I had no clue what all was involved. I’m sure I had a lot of questions that could be trying to the team, but they were very professional courteous and helped someone who’s never done this before through the process and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. If I ever need another home, I will go with Veterans united hands-down anytime..
This is our second house we have bought with Spencer and his team. His excellent customer service, continued professional, and level of knowledge is second to none.
