This was my first time buying a home and Veteran homes took me under their wing and helped me every step of the way. The agent was extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions within a timely manner. I have already recommended Veteran Homes to other potential clients and will be working with them again for my future second purchase of a home.
For someone with VA in your name I would have thought you would have been a lot more personal and professional. When I do this process in the future I will be calling around to other lenders to see my best rates because yours was not. When I visited my lenders office I noticed very expensive cars in the parking lot that were owned by your loan officers. These officers are obviously spoiled by the market around here that they don’t feel the need to satisfy customer. I hope this survey will help others in the future.
