Overall experience was very good. Being able to submit online forms was very helpful. One suggestion would be to provide all items in "To-Do" checklist at very beginning of process. There were a few rounds of needing to go back to submit additional information, some of which could have been included in the initial list of items. Not a big inconvenience, just a suggestion.
Our journey towards being first-time home owners couldn’t have been any better. With my spouse being deployed, the kids and I pcsing to a new place, working with Veterans United made us feel very comfortable with the process. We learned a lot and they walked us through each step with awesome professionalism and respect.
