VU has been the best, smoothest and well thought out lender! Working weird shifts I had someone available at any time of day to answer any question I had. My first home buying experience, during this pandemic with covid-19 was nothing like I tried to read up on. Most of it was no contact. Only contact I had was with my realtor and at the very end when I had to sign papers on day of closing. All was done in emails. My anxiety on a all-time high with such a big purchase and not knowing half of what I was reading. It's done and over with now!
