Our experience was not what we had hoped for. Our loan officer was great though and did what he could to keep us in the loop and explain why it took so much longer than it should have. Disappointed in the process but glad its done.

My wife and I would like to convey (we learned that word from our real estate dealings, lol) our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of the Veteran's United Team!!!Our journey began with Smith Gaddy on May 23rd. Stephen and his team were very helpful throughout the home purchasing process. Also, they were very knowledgeable of the process and able to answer all of my questions.His whole team provided many assistance throughout the process as well. Another team member of note is Felicia as she was as available to answer our questions and help out on the process as well.10/10 would recommend Veteran’s United to other veterans or active duty military!
