Everything was wonderful as far as being able to close. There were a few times we were left without updates, specifically when we were told that we could potentially increase my credit score by paying down some debt… once I paid it down, we never heard any updates on that again. Also, we were told in the beginning that we’d get our deposit back at closing, but only ended up with $73. Both small things that are not a huge deal. Just communication/explanation in both of these topics would have been wonderful. Regarding the process, The system that is used to upload docs is outstanding to use! Much better than other lenders. Thank you for the hard work on this deal!
