He not only gave us answers but never wasted an opportunity to educate my wife and I on the home buying process and requirements. We kept the questions coming and he was patient enough to walk us through every step of the process. We are a military family and had to be uprooted and in a home in 30 days. My wife and I went from choosing a home to being clear to close in under 12 days and all of the credit goes to Jake and his rapid assistance. There is no way we make it to closing day without his guidance.
