Veterans United streamlined a scary process for most people. As a first time home buyer, I liked that everything was visual. All of the documents were available online for me to view. I have purchased two homes with VU and both times came away impressed with the ease of the entire process.
If you want knowledge and professionalism, this is the mortgage company to use. From the beginning of the process to the close of the loan, all went smoothly. Each representative I worked with (for various aspects of the process) was courteous and willing to answer questions and guide me successfully through the process. I closed this loan living 2000 miles away and never felt this just wasn't going to work. Thank you to the entire staff for all you did to make this a positive experience.
