My experience with Veterans United was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team made the home buying process smooth, transparent, and far less stressful than I expected. Karol Hart was an incredible loan officer — always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to explain every step clearly. I always felt informed and supported throughout the process. The communication, professionalism, and overall coordination between everyone involved made me feel confident every step of the way. I truly appreciate how dedicated the team was to helping me get into my home.I also want to recognize Amanda Girrard, my transaction coordinator, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process as well. Amanda was responsive, organized, and helped ensure everything moved smoothly behind the scenes.Together, they made the home buying experience far less stressful, and I’m very grateful for all their support.
Veterans United is a great place to start your home buying journey. They are highly capable and will guide you effectively through the process. However, a crucial point often missed by first-time homebuyers is that despite their name, the company is not military-owned or officially affiliated with the military. While many employees come from military families or contractor backgrounds and understand the lifestyle, it's strictly a for-profit business. My overall experience was positive, and they helped me achieve my goal. The main takeaway for anyone considering them is to shop around for better rates before committing.
For a first time buyer the whole team at Veterans united made it easy and very comfortable for me. They walked me.threw everything and was there anytime I needed them or had a question. This is a great team.and excellent job I couldn't ask for better service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for hard work and making this process smooth and easy for me.
