Tim Killday was an exemplary partner. Candidly, this was by far the best mortgage experience. We have purchased several homes over the past 30 years and have never had a more seamless process. Tim's communication skills are unmatched. Not only did he provide all the information that we needed to make a good decision, his delivery was practical, forward-looking and clearly he had our best interests at heart. As a result of this experience, we would choose Veteran's United over and over again. We hope that our mortgage can remain serviced by VU but if not, we will be making every attempt to use VU for other properties. Oh, and I almost forgot about his responsiveness. Fantastic experience. It’s obvious VU takes time to build a team of professionals who truly care. Michelle worked with us for two years which she could’ve easily dismissed us as unqualified and moved on to easier clients. But she didn’t and helped us. Once we started working with Derek and the rest of the team it was such a smooth process. We got a realtor recommended and she was amazing. Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had buying a house.
