I understand my situation was weird. Receiving emails and phone calls that I was good to close but waiting on atipulationa for closing until the night before was a little rough. All and all the exaperience and team was great.

Every home buying situation is, I think, unique. We presented a scenario that is not only unique, but risky. Didn’t seem to be overly cumbersome to the team VU put together. The only thing I might complain about is the difficulties of time, as we purchased our house from overseas and only had about a 6 hour window that we could all communicate with each other in real time, which neither VU nor I control.

I’ve dealt with Amy from the beginning, she and the team have exceeded my expectations every time. I constantly receive mail and text messages about refinancing and what I can get etc. I trust Amy to the point I just send a picture of the letter and let her tell me if it’s junk or not. I never will work with another lender as long as she is in the game
