This was our first time using our VA and it was I have to say outstanding. The service was incredible, offering help and every resource on the way before even moving into our new home. We actually had gone to another loan servicer prior to using VU and we didn't have a good experience. We tried VU based on recommendations from family who have used them previously and praised their experience there. From start to finish everyone was very professional, quick to answer our questions thoroughly, and even got us a housewarming gift.
