The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away. Mark Manos was the BEST I could have dreamed of! He was always attentive and I’m a type of person that has a lot of questions and he was always just there for me answering and explaining things. He would check in along the way and always give me updates. I never really had a call to ask questions to find out if something had gone through or paperwork wise. He was also very patient. This was like a two year process where we were watching the numbers and making sure we record and saving our money and he never acted like I was a waste of time or that he was in it just for an ethical reasons. He’s definitely a good person inside and out.! And I am very much looking forward to doing business with him again.

I was very happy with everyone that I worked with at Veterans United except for Landon. Landon had many troubles getting back with me about questions that I had during the process of buying a home. I would text and call and he would take days to respond, and then respond only after I spoke with my realtor about his complacency. Landon was also pushing hard to get the "closed sale" when I had explained several times that I would not close until the repairs were done.
Overall, I would still highly recommend Veterans United.
