E-docs make the process quick and the concierge services make transitioning to a new home/area less stressful. A wealth of information about the loan process, credit and finances are available to keep the borrower well-informed. Overall a great learning experience with my lending team.

Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Karol team made it extremely exciting and easy. I am army active duty found a house online near to my duty station and wanted to buy it. I was not able to see the house, or be there on closing date in person. The team was professional responsive, and truly made me feel supportive though the process.
