Luke Thurman got me an awesome rate and was very helpful explaining the process but didn’t make me feel patronized. He is the real deal.
They were very friendly and cordial. They kept the e-mails pretty active when I couldn't respond timely (I work third shift).
Initially communication was very good. Then about 3 weeks into the process, it significantly declined. We never felt like we never knew what was happening in the process and there were countless times we would call and ask questions and either never received a call back or never received an answer.
My son and I got into our new home in time for Halloween!
